Hotel Ariston & Spa

Struttura pulitissima, nuova e rinnovata. Siamo state solo una notte ma è andato tutto benissimo, colazione inclusa super fornita e con staff super disponibile a preparare altro (pancake, uova ecc). Non abbiamo usufruito della Spa ma sicuramente torneremo per provarla! Ultimo ma non meno importante, posizione centralissima per fare qualsiasi cosa e parcheggio comodo: lo staff dell’hotel fa il pass ZTL e c’è la possibilità di pagare il parcheggio direttamente con loro, solo 4€ al giorno

Spa molto pulita e accogliente, personale gentile ,disponibile e simpatico

The breakfast was great, the little gazebo room off the main dining room is an enjoyable setting. The spa was fantastic, although we would have liked a little introduction to the amenities other than don't hit the emergency buttons in the sauna and Turkish bath, as we have never used a spa before.

The dining room was not open for lunch and you had to make a reservation early in the afternoon for dinner which was a set three course meal for 35 Euros. As we were busy site seeing all around Tuscany, it was difficult to make reservations. Also, when we checked out, I tried to use my Visa card, which kept being rejected because the amount was too large for a tap. When I mentioned to the desk clerk to insert the card and use my pin, he shrugged it off as is I didn't know what I was talking about. I ended up having to pay over 400 Euros in cash, which left me short for the rest of my trip, and we almost missed our train because it took 40 minutes to check out.
