UNA Hotels Napoli

Location is very nice, connect to trains and subways. also the lounge and rooms are clean and comfort to stay. Also we didn't know how to close the bath tub firstly and called for help, although very late a male staff came to help very fast and solved the problem, that's really appreciated.

Reception staff ok I would say; helpful, did what they could do, but I would not give credit for their attitude. They answered your question, but not in a warm and friendly way. One thing that particularly bothered me was when we finished checked in, standing by the reception waiting for the male staff's confirmation cause we mentioned luggage storage is needed due to the room not ready yet, the male staff seemed like totally forgot about our prescence and chatted with his colleague, then after waiting for like 10 mins we asked is everything done, he raised up his head and like "obvisouly".

we were offered a 'quiet' room overlooking a back street which was small and dark. We requested and received a delightful room overlooking the square at the front. No traffic noise at all when the shutters and windows were closed and lovely sunrise sunlight. Also the room was larger with a bath. Area is what you expect with proximity to a station, a few vagrants and traffic etc but it was very sensible for us as first time visitors quick access to trains and metro and only three stops to the port for access to the Amafi coast / ferries. one very good nearby restaurant we found otherwise better options are farther afield. rooftop bar was pleasant and staff at all times courteous and helpful and friendly. We spent little time in the hotel preferring to explore Pompeii, Herculaneum and the city and a day out to Positano and Sorrento. Accomodation was perfect for our needs, accessible and safe and clean. We didn't take breakfast - never do.

Nothing to complain about We asked for extra shampoo , a dental kit and bathrobes and of course the room with a bath. All helpfully and promptly supplied.

Naples sucks. Dirty, lots of trash. Traffic is crazy.

Reception staff unfriendly.Took until day three of my stay to see reception staff smiling . Lady on checkout was good and happy. Hotel is located at the bad end of town Refugee camp across the road by night. Criminals at metro Garibaldi by day Felt a need to be back in the hotel before dark Hotel is too far away from main attractions. Need to use metro that is deep in the ground.escalators and elevators of metro not working. Bad for people with poor mobility
