Loved the newly renovated hotel.

Proximity to train station was the primary reason for selection, though crossing the bridge was a chore, many steps. Hired a porter on departure.
No real complaints, though room was very small. Think of a Japanese business hotel small. Warning regarding the water bus, residents have priority boarding access and tourists may not be able to board in the late afternoon due to capacity issues. We ended up walking back to hotel at 5:00pm.

The breakfast 😋
The receptionist when we were trying to check in. She was not very articulate. I can hardly understand what she was paying. I don't know if she is Chinese, or Vietnamese when I was talking to her on the intercom.
Being a receptionist, one must know English very well.
