The location is unbeatable! Immediately next to Palazzo Pilotta and a two-minute walk into the center of the old town. Still somehow relatively quiet, though, especially on a higher floor. The air conditioner works well and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant, while not fancy, has a nice menu of reasonably-priced traditional foods. The private parking was insanely close by and easy to access. Excellent blackout curtains/shutters.
The rooms are a bit dated, and the windows don't seal out sound terribly well. This wasn't a huge problem on the 6th floor, but it might be on lower floors.

Unbeatable location. Comfortable room. Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. And oh isn't Parma a lovely city!
There's a note outside the breakfast area forbidding guests to take food out. Come on - this is a 4-star hotel not a youth hostel.
We like to watch a little TV before bed-time. The TV didn't work. It took some serious nudging and two of our four nights to get that fixed. Again ... in a 4-star hotel?

Situation géographique et le personnel très aimable
Lit dure, oreiller trop molle. Café en poudre pour un 4 étoiles ??? Air climatisé qui ne fonction pas. Il faisait 36 degrés et nous n’avons aucun contrôle. C’est la réception qui décide à qu’elle température ils mettent la climatisation. Donc, on a transpiré à grosse goutte toute la nuit . Buffet pas très bon. C’est mieux d’aller en ville dans un petit axe. Ça revient au même prix et c’est meilleur.
