Hotel Metropol

Location of the hotel is excellent, in the city center with very good public transport connections - bus stop from/to airport just across the street (bus no 175 or night bus N32), metro, trams and other buses stops are near the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, lots of choices for every taste. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The bathroom is new and nicely decorated. I loved the smell in the reception area. The reception, bar and breakfast room are spacious, nice and modern. The luggage storage option was a big plus for us.

In the room there was a strange smell, I couldn't identify the source of it but I suspected the carpet or coming from the bathroom or the air conditioner. The room's door was hard to close and looked old.

Beautiful facility, great location, fabulous breakfast.

Bed could have been more comfortable. Screen covering balcony restricted excellent view.

Excellent location, right in the city center and close to everything. The shower was good, and the rooms were very clean, new, and nice. Check-in was easy.

The staff could be more engaging and welcoming when greeting guests. Showing enthusiasm for their work would also be beneficial.

Classic hotel. Clean and confortable, quite central and easy to get around town. Not spectacular but a good mid-range stay in Warsaw
