This is a really nice hotel. It is small, with friendly staff. The location is ideal, as it is on the edge of Kazimierz and a short walk from Kraków's old town. It is close to the Grzegórski station, on the line that connects the airport to the salt mines (but there's no ticket machine at that station). Next to the station is a really nice farmers market, with lovely fruit and veg and excellent pierogi and cakes (Plac Targowy Unitarg).
This was our second stay here, so there's nothing we didn't like. The rooms we had were both at the back of the hotel, so no noise from the main road - I'd ask for a room at the back in future bookings. Towels etc were changed everyday, we didn't see an option to keep the same linen for a few days.

Very clean with towels changed every day. Good location for the Jewish quarter and Old town. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Very good staff

Good location, staff friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and well presented
Found the pillows on the bed uncomfortable. Very large and soft, not the best for a good nights sleep

The view & the peaceful location
Uncomfortable mattresses which gave us both backache (really need replacing), tired decor with chipped paint etc, shower over bath, rather than walk in, with old fashioned shower curtain which was so long it got under your feet, lots of stairs including concrete ones at the top exposed to the elements (wouldn't fancy it when icy), top concrete walkway to get to apartment covered in leaves which made it slippy. Were not swept away during our 4 day stay. Overall expected better for the price paid.
