Location was great, spa facilities were good too and staff very helpful. Hotel was very clean
Nothing to dislike

I liked the big bed and how the front of house staff helped as best they could, even though we had a mix up at the start they did their best to fix it and borrowed us a local plug.
breakfast had a great reputation but I felt the adverts did not reflect the reality, still a very great spread and a lot of effort so it may be my personal preferences really, like fried eggs and bacon, in the ad, but not present, bread was amazing.

The hotel was in a great location.
The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable.
I had to ask for a bed change, we were there 4 nights. The room wasn’t cleaned from arrival, the towels were changed if you asked.
The bar closed at 11pm & we were refused a glass of ice for the room just after 11pm.

Great location, nice staff.
Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Television doesn't work properly in regards to connecting to YouTube etc, towels had holes in them and several lights in the room didn't work. Definitely needs a bit of TLC.
