Location was just a 15 to 20 min walk from the bus station in Syracuse. Accessible to swim places, Syracuse and all the sights by foot. Clean and comfortable. Liked the vending downstairs for coffee and water. Beach and rain umbrellas available for use downstairs.

Location is the best!
Was noisy because of some construction works outside. Still it was a nice place to stay

On a positive note, the location is absolutely beautiful — right in the heart of Ortigia — and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The service was kind and attentive.
Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations. The accommodation was quite dusty, which was a problem for me as I suffer from allergies, so I was not comfortable during the stay. I believe cleanliness should always be a top priority in any accommodation.
In addition, the TV in the room was not working, and the internet connection kept disconnecting, which made things a bit inconvenient.
