Comfortable bed and good choice at breakfast
Reception area smelt of stagnant water. Bathrobes too small - we asked for a larger one but they said all one size - this would seem to be a 12 year old child not an adult. Staff generally unwilling to look up and smile or say hello. Asked for restaurant recommendation and just handed me some business cards with no attempt to ask type, offer to make a reservation etc. we reported sink plug not working and it did get fixed quickly but toilet seat wobbly and shower head not working correctly. Roof top bar ran out of olives and crisps at 11pm even though open until 1am -staff throughout just seemed disinterested apart from the breakfast team.
