HSM Reina del Mar

The overall experience was great! We didn't have a car , so location was key. Bus stops are only 5 minutes away and you can reach the airport and Palma City within 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes you can also reach beaches or many many tourist shops on foot. The staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Everyone from the reception, to the cleaning and dining service staff was welcoming us with a smile and was ready to help. We had a great pool view as we stayed on the first floor and the breakfast and dining option were more than enough. On our first day we were offered dinner, although we arrived at 22.00 and dinner time was until 21.00 So, we really appreciate it.

The inside of the rooms probably needs a renovation. The furniture had this 'old' smell. Also I can understand the comments about hearing everything. I mean we didn't mind much but sometimes you could really hear the bathroom next door. However, we didn't spend much time in the room so we really didn't bother about all that but they could still be improved.

The staff were extremely helpful

The noise of the neighbours

The room had a good size and everything that is normally needed. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Great air-con.

The lifts are extremely small and normally busy. The buffet times are ok but the dinner could be until a bit later.

Nice and welcoming staff. Pool. Veriety of food during breakfast and dinner we had. DJ music nights next to the pool. Books & table tennis in the lobby. Nice and clean toilettes in the lobby and next to the pool (common toilettes)

Room was almost nothing like in the pictures. Old furniture. Bad smell in the room, leaking toillette, old warn out bed matrace. Mold around climate unit and around the tiles in the bathroom. Damaged drawers. Hair and peaces of something under the bed and in the toilette (poor cleaning)
