Hotel Saratoga

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Minutes away for all the attractions of Palma. Staff were exceptional in their care and professionalism. I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the Port and also near to luxury brand shops and a good selection of restaurants. I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Premium View and the room itself was spacious, with tea and coffee-making facilities provided, a reasonably-sized balcony and a well-equipped bathroom with quality toiletries .

The cost of the stay was out of proportion to the quality of the hotel. My room didn’t have a premium view - only a side view of the Port and overlooked the square and a main road, which was noisy. There was a hole in my duvet cover, the pillows weren’t supportive and and the room was too cold, as any adjustments I made didn’t seem to make a difference to the room temperature. Additionally, my balcony door didn’t lock on the right side - so this was a security vulnerability for a woman traveling alone. Also the late night staff at reception were unhelpful when I raised these points, with no offer to help or move me to another room

La situation proche du centre ville. Hotel moderne. Petit déjeuner y compris sans gluten.

Ascenseur en panne à notre étage (le 5ème). Restaurant fermé le lundi. Literie trop dure.
