Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Very convenient location.

The bathroom was small and cramped and shower floor was slippery. No convenient place to hang the towels. I would have enjoyed the pool if the water was heated

Had just room only good location about 15 min walk to old town,some great parks and Plaza Espana nearby..Great to have a dip in the on site pool after a day of site seeing..

Beds were hard and uncomfortable pillows too hard so not great sleep..Pool bar on one member of staff queue up for ages at one point..Would have been nice to have alternative parking options just told one area to park 25 euros per day..

Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel really depends on the room you choose. The VIP “level” rooms are very nice, modern, clean, well equipped. The Normal rooms, on the contrary, need serious renovations. We saw black mold in the bathroom (our friends staying in similar rooms saw the same and reported it to the staff), the decor is quite old fashioned, it is hard to regulate the temperature properly and you can just tell the rooms are not properly kept (some walls are dirty, some insulating materials in the bathroom coming off, etc). The location is convenient only for plaza de españa, but it is quite far from the city centre itself (over 20 minutes walk). Overall not great value for money.
