staff all very friendly, good choice for breakfast,

not enough Sunbeds

-Good breakfast but only one coffee machine worked out of three. - Varied cohort of guests - clubbers / people on their 80s / kids in buggies. - Close to the water taxi to san An.

- Dated rooms. Old shabby decorative cushions and a bed runner which 100s could have touched. - Slim pillows which only half your head rest on. - Broken headboard. - Broken toilet flush. - Small dated bathroom. - Room 219 was next to the lift and stairs which was noisy when people were coming home around 3am waking me up. - The balcony / window was street facing so no sea view and lots of traffic noise. - No fridge - Pricey bar, €6 beer. Often only 1 member of staff on the bar. - One day I came home to find a man in my room. This really startled me. It was a staff member but was a few hours after the cleaners had been. - AC didn’t seem to work in the evening one night - then very cold the next night and I couldn’t change the temp. I had to get a duvet out the wardrobe but there was no cover on it. I doubt this is washed after each guest to had to try and fit my sheet around it to give it some - The pool area isn’t really a sun trap as the hotel blocks the sun. People would move their beds or would end up sat in the shade. - Tv annoyingly comes on at a loud volume every time you stick your keycard in the electric socket.
