RH Princesa Hotel & Spa 4* Sup

The hotel deserves its 4*superior award. Our superior double was spacious with two comfortable double beds, good quality cool linen and soft towels. spacious wardrobes, kettle with tea/coffee/milk sachets, small fridge and a great bathroom with excellent shower. We were on floor 13 and never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a lift and there are plenty of lifts. The food was really really good. Lots to choose from. A buffet is for choice not about liking and eating everything. We had lunch instead of dinner one day and it was excellent too. The cost of drinks is about the same as outside the hotel and a lot cheaper than the UK. Our two grandchildren 7 and 11 were there with their parents and it was hard to drag them away from the clean and various pools and the facilities for kids during the day. We didn't stay for the evening entertainment so cannot comment but I'm sure those who did enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location in the old town. If you turn left instead of right outside the hotel the walk will take you to steps that go down to the lovely park where the old bullring is and areas for children to play. We have been to Benidorm many times and there is lots to explore in the old town. The welcome we received was warm and everyone throughout our stay always had a smile. All the staff seem very happy to work there.

Nothing to dislike . The hotel provides the highest standards and facilities.

Breakfasts were superb. Well organised and food was hot and excellently seasoned and presented. Evening meal quality was excellent too. We booked half board and were told that we had the flexibility to have lunch instead if we wished which is the first time we have been offered that option anywhere. Reception staff were super organised, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team were spot on.

I had a mold in my room and didn’t get any discount for that so I have to share , they changed my room when i had been sleeping in it for 2 days with child , also didn’t like they could not offer duvet only blankets ,
