The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, understated with the most beautiful views!
Staff were friendly and the food and drink was excellent (surprisingly reasonably priced too )
Nothing... although it was my partners birthday and it would have been nice to have received a welcome drink or a small gesture in the room.

I loved the view room, the balcony, the quiet, the staff was very, very accomodating. Parking was easy and a-plenty. The breakfasts and dinners were enjoyable on the patio with great service. I was able to get up and back to Soller without incident on a beautiful drive, and it is mere minutes from Valdemossa, the most charming of towns. Finally, the grounds of the property, the places to rest, sitting poolside, the koi pond, the whole vibe of the place was first rate.
I have nothing negative to say about this property. I kept discovering new things everywhere I looked. so tranquil.

Clean, excellent amenities, very good breakfast, warm staff and friendly. Excellent location. Our room had a very beautiful view of the sea. Quite and peaceful place. 7 minutes to Valldemossa!
