The room bigger very clean and good location
More security because last night on floor 5th they some guess don’t stop shooting the door all night they talking louder outside of the room wishch very not respect to other guests so yeh think you need more security specially at night

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff. Bedrooms could do with a deep clean, tv Remote broken. But overall good value for money will return.
TV Remote woudnt work. Skirting boards dirty. Tv screen dirty.

Nothing really!
Rough area, didn't feel safe at all. 'Restaurant/bar' was like a massive cafeteria, and was completely empty. The guy 'serving' didn't have a clue what to do. The hotel said Best Western on the outside.
