Room ok and quiet
Dinner first night Pork Belly of my wife and I had virtually no meat just fat. It’s a cheap meat that we have regularly and this was the worst ever

Staff pleasant and helpful
In our room 115, the toilet seat was loose and the shower head could not be adjusted .
For the price we paid, this was disappointing and the room was quite small.
There is no lift and the stair steps are very narrow in places.

The receptionist was kind and friendly and listened to my requirements.
I can’t remember her name as it was unusual but it began with a P…
The waitress in the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful .
There wasn’t anything I disliked apart from there was no lift but I was told it was an old property .
However the receptionist helped me with my luggage .

Location good and was clean throughout
Car park not big enough so couldn't get a space despite being there 10 minutes after check in time. Let the hotel know we were travelling with small baby and they allocated a room up a flight of stairs and no lift. No water provided in rooms. No fridge in rooms. No conditionor provided. For the price I would expect these things.
