Nice to stay in an Inn near the airport instead of a large chain. The location allowed for an adventure for dinner (great local pub!) and was in a neighborhood. The staff were helpful, bed was comfy, room was clean, and the hotel was cute.
There was no airport shuttle. When I found a yellow phone at the airport to call for the shuttle, I was told to use the local bus. Local bus worked fine and at all hours, but it took me a bit to figure this out and find a way to communicate with the hotel.

Thought it was close to Gatwig airport.. not really
There is NO shuttle to airport and they send you to bus or taxi

Simple and easy, perfect hotel before or after a late flight
Clean
No power outlet next to the bed, had to charge the phone at the desk, and jump up in the morning for the alarm clock

The room was clean
I didn’t like that I wasn’t staying in the actual hotel I had booked, I had to walk across the road to another building.
