Norfolk Arms Hotel - Arundel

Fantastic location, parking on site (£7.50 per night) very good breakfast with excellent selection.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest and a bit ‘tired’. £7.50 per night parking in addition to room rate.

Oh my gosh 😍 Where to start !!!! As a solo lady of 60 something, with high standards, I could not reccomend this fabulous historical hotel more ❤️ I stayed in a small double room. From the second I arrived to the second I left, everything was wonderful. The staff were accommodating, polite,friendly, helpful and it felt like nothing was too much trouble ❤️ The bed was comfy and spotless- lush ❤️ Toiletries in bathroom were fabulous...I didn't need to pack anything other than a toothbrush and toothpaste ❤️ Various lounges, bars, outside areas to eat and relax.....I found the secret garden which is stunning ❤️ Parking at the back of the hotel with direct access to reception is a massive plus as parking in Arundel is a bit tricky ! £7 pet day is well worth every penny ! The hotel is literally on the central square with everything that this incredible town has to offer literally on the doorstep ❤️ Not my first trip here and God willing it will not be my last ! Cannot wait to be back ! Thank you to all the lovely staff that make this a very special place ❤️

There is absolutely NOTHING not to like !

Location was fantastic, parking was tight but convenient. Breakfast was decent, not amazing but good.

Some of the staff seemed to almost resent having customers, not unpleasant but also not exactly welcoming. Service at breakfast was a mixed bag, great service from one but almost negligent from front of house. The mattress was a bit stiff for my liking (although the wife found it good). The bath did not hold water, the plug did not fir well.

Room needs refurbishment. Breakfast too expensive. Parking an extra charge.
