Very convenient for Woodbridge . Parking on site easy to use book in straight forward. Early arrival dealt with most helpfully. I was unable to attend breakfast so they provided an excellent bacon and egg sandwich to take out.
The rooms are clean and large and have secondary double glazing.
Minor housekeeping issues dealt with promptly .

My wife's breakfast was served to another guest. It then took some time to deliver her meal. This is not a hotel for those whose mobility is impaired. Rooms are reached by a steep set of stairs. The exterior window sills are in need of repair. The shower over the bath whilst very efficient would not be accessible to all. There are no grab handles on the wall to assist entry and exit. No shower mat was provided.

Great location, close to the station and to all amenities. Comfortable and very clean room. Quiet locale. Good bar and excellent food.
The shower was a bit temperamental.

The room was a good size and bed comfortable. Good breakfast and staff very polite and professional. Very well situation in centre of town with parking.
The outside paintwork was very tired. Some of the furniture in the room was tired and needed attention or replacing. The hairdryer was melted on the barrel. One of the hand towels had holes. There was no light over the vanity mirror for putting on makeup. For the price paid would of expected a mini fridge.
