Beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds, bed was massive and spacious
Room wasn’t cleaned every day, towels weren’t changed daily, tea and coffee wasn’t restocked, don’t appreciate being woken up by a barking dog in the next room at 8am Saturday morning, stayed for 5 days and not enough hangers or space to put clothes. Room was other side of hotel which is fine but not when you have to take heavy luggage down stairs. Staff came across very unhelpful and not interested, wouldn’t return to stay again

Wonderful breakfast, foods on buffet frequently replenished and very good quality. Hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable. Spa and pool close to hotel very popular.
Lovely quiet rooom
Hotel was very busy with several functions taking place so sometimes difficult to find a member of staff

Have visited in the past and enjoyed our stay.
No interaction with staff. Took my grandchildren to the pool. Facilities there were run down and changing room floor was disgustingly filthy, with and open drain on the floor thick with hair and dirt.

"Hôtel immense, chambre très grande, très confortable avec une super salle de bains mais assez éloignée de l'accueil et du parking ... surtout lorsque la carte d'accès ne fonctionne pas :-) Super petit..."
