The room was clean and tidy. Customer service was brilliant. Rob deserves a special shout out as we saw him the most during our stay and he went above and beyond for us.
The breakfast was incredible and the ladies in the morning were so welcoming and friendly. The bar was amazing and the food was fantastic!
The only thing wrong was there was no way to change the heating in the room but this didnt affect our stay but in the really cold or really hot months it could be a problem

The deposit!Why the need for a £50 deposit? I would have spent more in the bar if there wasn’t a deposit.
I apparently became invisible at breakfast others came down after me and were served. By the time I was noticed I didn’t have time for breakfast.
