Loved the location, staff couldn't do more to help.
Gym and pool are fantastic.
Right next to Calderden park which is fantastic for great long walks.
We were in a room at the back on the second floor and from 0600 there was a back kitchen door which was constantly slamming shut all, day, long!! Super annoying when you are there trying to relax and sleep beyond your normal work schedule alarm time! Our room was also right beside a double door (fire door) which was a major thorough fair from the second floor. Those doors also banged, so we had a double whammy of doors slamming.
£12.50 for a cocktail....... this is Glasgow, not London.
Hotel is a bit dated but there was a decorator in doing some work.

Staff were all very friendly, spa facilities were excellent. Lunch was very good, The room was lovely and extremely comfortable, the two double beds in the twin room were a nice surprise and the condition of the room more than met our needs. Didn't have breakfast or dinner due to a private celebration. The whole experience was superb

Leisure facilities were great. Good location. Perfect for what we were there for.
Room dated. Mould in places. Didn’t pay a lot for room so didn’t complain. Our young kids had a great time.
Cashless- card machine wasn’t working. Poor barman looked stressed trying to deal with a function next door as well as serve the bar. We ordered food. Few items were wrong. Breakdown in communication.. maybe understaffed.
Breakfast was ok. Not enough information from staff for what was on offer. Other tables getting items from kitchen we weren’t informed about..
