Sleeping space was great and the room was enough for me and my colleague. Two separate beds and a desk space so it was more than enough for us, to get work done also.
Only a slight mix up we go a room given to us and it had a double bed, but we went to reception as I had messaged ahead and confirmed a family room and it got rectified very quickly. Very quick and responsive, but also very friendly.

Comfortable bed. Snacks available for purchase in reception. Main motorway services a very short walk away, with Burger King, Subway and a Costa, so easy to get something to eat. Surprisingly quiet for a motorway service area.
The bathroom was generally very clean, but for some reason there was a little pile of what looked like soil in one corner on the floor. Similar to what I've seen at home when ants have forced a way in. No sign of any insects, though, so a bit of a mystery. Maybe swept into the corner then forgot to pick up... Not a big deal.

Good location, just off the motorway - but you need to drive everywhere. Lovely friendly staff. Have to pay to park there - an additional charge when you arrive.
The breakfast box was a rip off and included a small water bottle and no fruit juice. The carpets were old, it needed a lick of paint, it was a bit of smelly. Also allowed dogs and you could smell them everywhere.
