Fabulous location right on the river. Great view from our room. Friendly staff when checking in.
Place is a little tired and could do with a deep clean. Mattress on bed needed renewing. Restaurant staff were very polite but needed more training.

A great location beside the Thames and easy access to Marlow town centre with its numerous shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds, and a superb breakfast in the Riverside Restaurant. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. It was nice to have two good sitting chairs in the room as well.
The air conditioning took a little getting used to, and the shower pressure was a little temperamental.

The hotel is in a super location, right on the river with beautiful views. Staff were friendly and really helpful.
The hotel is very dated and tired which was a real shame.
Our room (a deluxe) was ok, but again quite tired and dated. The fridge was empty and we were only left 1 small bottle of water. There were no spare plugs in the room at all, so we had to unplug lamps to be able to charge phones/use hairdryer etc which was annoying.
