The hotel’s main advantages are its central location, the lovely view from the room, and excellent water pressure in the shower. We booked a room overlooking the Petronas Towers, and the view was definitely a highlight

Breakfast, however, was disappointing, with a limited selection, especially of cheeses and cold cuts. Breakfast runs until 10:30 a.m., but when I arrived at 10 a.m., there was already no smoked salmon left. I also found the indoor pool uncomfortable. People sit around it eating while you swim right beside them—it feels like swimming in the middle of a restaurant. This was my first time encountering such a setup. The poolside bar offers only packaged juices, with no freshly squeezed options. The restaurant on the sixth floor was another disappointment. There are only three tables by the windows, and I couldn’t reserve one because they were all booked. The other tables, near the elevators, felt uninviting and lacked the atmosphere I would expect for a pleasant dinner

Having to order do food orders on your phone. We found this tricky to navigate and. Dry anti social. Would have liked the option to see a member of staff
