The breakfast was DELICIOUS, and the room was very nice. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The location was very strategic, and everything was very clean. The assistance was great.

La ubicación, la facilidad de checkin y checkout. La atención a las solicitudes. El desayuno es excepcional!! La habitación que nos asignaron es buena porque para 5 personas se pueden tener dos baños, uno con ducha

. Hay temas de mantenimiento que serían deseables: percheros para las toallas, mueble debajo del lavamanos del baño del segundo piso. El aseo de la habitación puede mejorar la n cuanto a la limpieza de zonas como detrás de los nocheros, debajo de la nevera. Tuve que pedir que limpiaran las escaleras de la habitación porque durante los tres primeros días se mantuvieron sucias.

The staff at the reception and breakfast were wonderful friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Buenos Aires.

The check-in process was extremely slow and complicated; it took almost 40 minutes. You have to download an app in order to create a virtual key just to enter your room. The payment system was also very poor Booking.com charged me for the first night two days before arrival, then upon check-in the hotel charged me again for the first night plus all additional nights. I then had to wait three days for the refund of the first night, because, as they explained, they cannot simply charge the difference but must process the entire amount again.
