The room was very modern, the bed and mattress very nice, and this is what mattered to me, arriving beaten down from a long trip. Check in was efficient, check out as well. That's all I did, I didn't even have breakfast.
The hotel itself is in a condo that looks a bit run down, although it's quite new. Don't despair, the hotel itself is in good condition.
Parking seems to be mostly on the street. There is a hotel parking, which is charged, on what is essentially the ground floor, gated and covered, but with open access from the sides. Consider this if car safety is important to you. Spots are limited, something like 15 parking places. (I did not pay for the hotel parking, they were kind enough to waive it for me after I complained that information on Booking was perhaps misleading about free parking availability.)

Sympathique hotel où il est toujours agréable de descendre et de prendre un délicieux petit-déjeuner.. On rêve du jour où nous pourrions profiter d'une piscine et un spa, en plus de la salle de gymnatique

Breakfast and ambience of the hotel room
location of the hotel is not so convenient. The public transport is not available in closer places during summer time. And Uber is very expensive in Milan.
