The hotel location is super as you are within walking distance to the M2 metro line and the T1 tram line that gets you everywhere you need to go. The hotel, being in the historical city, is quite old, and it needs some renovation at least for the bathroom and the service. The staff was very kind and super helpful, and they try to do all the things they can to help you.
The rooms are quite small, and it does not completely match the pictures. The service is quite old, and there is no fan inside it.

Breakfast was buffet style and SUPERB!
The staff was helpful, kind and cheerful, they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant .
My only disappointment was the bathroom. The shower needed restoration badly. The shower walls needed caulking desperately.
Also keep in mind the room is on the smaller side and the closet is extremely small.

Excellent location, lovely staff, the room, the free water bottles with every room clean, the responsiveness of the team to any requests and issues. Eyyup gave us 10/10 service at checkout (at 4am), helped us with weighing our luggage and was overall very helpful.
Breakfast was not up to expectations, but the location offers many alternatives in close distance. The view from the restaurant is great however.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Few mins away from the M2 line and a short 5 min walk to the main T1 tram line which gets you to Sultanhamet in under 20 mins.
Lots of eating and shopping options nearby
The room was a bit small but expected. However there was no shampoo or conditioner provided and only a few bars of soap. The air conditioning didn't work for 2 of out the 5 nights and because of the noise outside on the street you can't keep the window open. After the AC was fixed we couldn't control the temperature, only the fan speed.
Breakfast was decent but limited in terms of options. Preferred going outside for breakfast instead.
