The pool, pool staff were great, view of the mountains were nice, unfortunately we didn’t get a view of them from our room, air conditioning was good too

The location was fantastic - near the beach, shops, restaurants. The apartment was perfect- great size and well equipped. We loved the WhatsApp concierge and the staff were all lovely. The complimentary toiletries were so nice too. The pool was perfect for all ages.

The evening entertainment could be heard from our room even though we were at the furthest point away from it! And we have a small baby. Additionally, some of the other guests were loud very late at night. They say there is a towel policy on reserving sun beds but it is not enforced. Same with the inflatables pooling- we didn’t bring ours for our baby due to being told they weren’t allowed but others were using them.

I have been here before and the apartments are really nice.

The location is excellent and very convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. The pool area was pleasant, and after requesting a room change, the second room with balcony and pool view was better than the first one.

We were first given a ground-floor studio with no balcony, in a passage where many people walked past, which was not what we expected from the booking description. After speaking to reception, we were moved to another room. The second room had a balcony, but it was located behind the bar area, and the noise each evening until around 10pm made it difficult to rest or sleep early. Soundproofing was poor, as we could also hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Cleanliness needs improvement. One pillow had stains and dried residue, and we found ants on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as the room was not cleaned daily and the rubbish bin was almost overflowing by the third day. There were maintenance issues too. We could not turn off the outside light near our room door, and because of the large gap under the door, light came into the room all night. Check-in at 4pm is too late and check-out at 10am is too early. Charging extra per hour for late check-out, plus additional fees for beach towels and parking, did not feel good value.
