Very well located for the Monastery, with pre-bookable public car parking about 100 meters up the road. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Our superior room was in the eaves and very hot when we arrived - but the aircon eventually just about managed to cool it down enough. The aircon and fridge only worked when the key card was in the slot by the door - so both were hot when we arrived and both took a while to cool down. As we were only staying for one night, this was not a recurring problem. The breakfast was just right for us - a choice of various different combinations of coffee, pastries, juice, cereals etc (with heavier options also available) - all at a sensible price.

I had hoped for a glorious view of the monastery, but was disappointed because of the ancillary buildings which shield it from view anyway. So in retrospect I would probably not have booked a superior room. Oh, and no power available to charge a phone overnight by the bed, at least on one side.

Excellent location, near all the sights.

Service is slow and very few staff on duty.

L'hôtel est très charmant et rustique. Le personnel est très serviable et la localisation est super pratique pour se balader en ville et visiter.

La réservation via Booking était impossible avec ma carte bancaire belge. Au dernier étage, la douche avait du mal à avoir de l'eau chaude.

Good for one night. Restaurant not available due to booking for party.
