Très bien situé et personnel à l'écoute et serviable.
Une partie de l'hotel a été rénové, surtout le hall d'entrée.
J'y séjourne 2-3 fois/an depuis une dizaine d'années et la propreté y est irréprochable.
Les suites Premium deviennent franchement vieillissantes.
Cela manque de plus en plus d'une rénovation, et à ce prix ça devient un problème.
Petit-déjeuner très bon mais la salle toujours très bruyante à partir de 07:30. Aucun effort pour y remédier malheureusement.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is great! We also enjoyed a lot the indoor pool and the kids space - which is super cool if you are traveling with children. Also, the proximity to the Ibirapuera mall and general location is fantastic. The Yva restaurant is also very good and has good prices/ promotions.
The waiting time to receive your car in the parking valet is sometimes too long, although the staff is super friendly. I had some minor issues with the room cleaning that could be improved.

The hotel’s location was great.
The rooms and lobbies felt dim and dark, and basic room amenities such as an electric kettle and coffee supplies were unavailable. Bottled water was not replenished, and limited English communication with room service made simple requests, including water and a power adapter, difficult. The breakfast restaurant felt too small for the number of guests and was crowded even at 6:30 a.m.
