Everything was great. Pool, cleanliness. Location was superb, easy walking to beach and the lively town centre. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. However, before arriving we were concerned about the noise from the Karaoke bar across the street, but his closes at midnight and we were never back from the town centre before then

Nice staff, clean, large apartment, nice pool reception and bar area, nice calm atmosphere
Pool towels were a bit of a faff, €15 deposit per person and €1.75 per day but the towels were often stained and looked old. I’d seriously consider upgrading to the same towels Intrurotel Esmerelda Park (red striped) as it does make the experience feel less ‘luxury’. Karaoke bar loud until midnight but we went expecting this - got to laugh along at least! Air con cut out one night and it was very very hot, controls for this also looked ancient but when working was effective. Information about local buses or places to go wouldn’t go amiss displayed at reception too.

Great location, pool, size of the room, the bed, the balcony. The kitchen appliances could be better, the knife was only one and was not cutting barely and the falling out broken shelf
Terrible check in, took 40 min wait to check in just 2 couples in front of us.
Then turned out the room wasnt ready one hour after the official check in time. Moreover was kicked out of the bar where I went to have a snack because I needed to take a medicine which I need to take with food at the same time , meanwhile the room wasn't ready, and they were very rude saying I can't eat my food there.
