Hotel was situated in a busy area, with plenty of bars and restaurants. we ate in the bar on the fist night and the food was very good with quick services. Breakfast each day was good and there was plenty to choose from, so you didn't go hungry
we had a room with 3 beds which was a good size and plenty of room, one we down fall was there were no sockets near the beds, so phones had to be charged on the table at the other side of the room.

The hotel is in a good location although parking on site was a little tricky. Libby area is lovely and breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bedroom was really tatty. We booked 3 rooms and in one the toilet refilled all night. We reported the toilet as soon as we arrived and it appeared to be fixed, but as soon as it was flayed again; the issue restarted. Some questionable drips of liquid on the wall near the bed, broken bath panel, not restocked with tissues etc etc. just generally run down. Needs a lot of TLC and investment in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
