Very nice and welcoming staff. The bed is comfortable, shower works well. Easy to get from the motorway and not far from shops and restaurants.
The rooms smelled of damp and maybe just not very clean carpet.
It was quite noisy on a Sunday night, as someone close by was playing loud music.
Some low, but unexplicable charges appeared on my credit card, I am still awating their Customer care team to explain and refund them.

bed was clean & comfy. staff were really helpful. bar area was great.
when we arrived at the hotel, the door wouldn’t open as it had run out of charge. there was a big tear in the carpet, the outside of the window was filthy & the bathroom door was stained, the sprinkler shower button was also faulty. the hotel is definitely in need of some TLC & has clearly been hammered since it opened.
