The room was nicely furnished with great bathroom, but we were charged for apartment & would not call it that as no kitchen facilities
We are in our 70's & were put downstairs with huge flight of stairs no elevator, the staff did not offer to help

Location especially great.
Was very clean and a few nice touches with crisps, biscuits.
Lad who checked us in was very nice …
Didn’t use the breakfast facilities but it looked very small.

Excellent location, close to many restaurants and city centre but still quiet
Given the price paid, we were surprised that there wasn't fridge! In fact there was a space for one, but the cupboard was bare!

Location, high ceilings, a big window, iron in the room
Grotty carpets, cheap finishes, threadbare towels (one was only upholstered on one side!) - just generally a bit like a hostel or somewhere the local authority might put people in an emergency. £1.50 to store a bag was a bit galling when paying over £200 a night already!
