4th time of staying here. Parking at rear of hotel.
Pleasant reception staff and easy check in.
Uograded from a single to a double on ground floor.
Airy , bright room.
Lovely powerful shower 🚿 & fluffy large towels.
Slept well , comfortable bed 🛌 with minimal outside noise.
Breakfast started at 7am, nice cooked 🍳 breakfast was very nice.
Easy check out.
Walls & carpet could 'still' do with a refresh in the corridors.

Room was clean and spacious the the front of house staff Michael and Anna were really helpful and a credit to the hotel will 100 percent be returning
Only a little thing it was the placement of the toilet roll dispenser you had to stand to retrieve toilet roll has its very hard to twist because of proximity

Location was good.
Paper thin walls, very noisy, tap in bath broken, toilet didn’t flush properly, water temperature and pressure variable, couldn’t get back in to my room after breakfast (door lock was jammed after explaining twice I couldn’t get it).
