The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Rooms clean and comfy. Nice to see Decaf coffee in the room. Not all hotels provide decaf coffee or tea.
Sunday morning breakfast was lovely no issues..Although Sat am was a different story.
Breakfast on the Sat morning of our stay. There we no places set up, lots of tables needed clearing. There was only one coffee machine working. Has to ask to get egg and beans refilled. The seat in a booth we eventually found to sit was all ripped with the stuffing missing. I had to get our own knives, forks and napkins.

Great location for the city centre, the riverfront and getting to Bramley Moore for football or events. The interior is very artistic with the shape of the balcony inside view.
Nothing to dislike for an overnight or weekend stay.

Good location, clean and friendly staff
Multiple small things : TV didn’t work and too 2 asks to sort, toilet didn’t flush properly, x1 lift out of order so ques, ques for order at breakfast e.g. for eggs ! Limited bar area. Wasn’t great VFM.
