A really good location with great bedrooms for families and good food and cocktails
but the pool was smallish and too many people in there in the hours available And the room was serviceable rather than truly comfortable. Also 4 wines was very limited for each colour

The reception area was good and the open fire made it very welcoming the bar service was also very nice
The room was very dated and musty. The shower in the bathroom you had to climb in the bath to use the shower all very dated. The breakfast (full English) eggs were dry been on heat too long
not enough choice for a buffet breakfast especially in the fruit dept and pastries

Lovely setting, nice staff, felt comfortable even as a single traveler
Needs updating, no usb ports for charging devices which do many people rely on now. Bathroom no space or shelves to put any toiletries out
