Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Aimed at a younger demographic and rather fun and well done. Useful to have a gym and pool in the building
The bar grill had the most unhealthy food you could imagine- all fried and fatty. Why this is the offering when it is is aimed at people going to the gym etc. Very poor vegetarian offering

Frequent hull and usually stay at the Doubletree in Town Centre which happened to be fully booked so booked the Village as an alternative.
This hotel surpasses the Doubletree by Hilton. Modern clean facilities with extra amenities in the room such as a coffee machine and waters — the doubletree does not even supply this!
Will certainly be back.
If I was to be picky having a smart TV with applications such as Netflix would be great however the TVs in the room were modern and had plenty of channels to choose from.

Staff were lovely and friendly
The room was not clean, and bedding was not provided for one of the beds, so when we arrived at 12.45am, we had to wait while the night porters tried to find some bedding.
Breakfast was fine but the standard of meals on the evening menu was awful, it was frozen food fried and not the standard of other village hotels
