Staff friendly. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and high quality food used. They are having r enervations done at the moment but that didn’t affect our staff at all.
Bit of a walk into Exeter but that can’t be changed.

The staff were amazing. We didn’t check in until 11.30pm but the guy on duty came out to great us at the taxi and offered to help us with our bags. Our room was lovely, clean and the beds were really comfy. We all slept really well there was three of us but room would have taken four. Breakfast was love with a great choice and the guys did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience.
The hotel is lovely but there are obviously renovations still going on but don’t let that put you off this hotel was great value for money. Due to the breakfast room being quite small we did have to queue for our breakfast but I am sure this is due to the renovations continuing.
