The room and the bed for the kid ready when we arrive the food was very good and the pool was with good temperature
The bathroom was with lot of damage and the bed uncomfortable, and for a four stars hotel should have free parking

Food, pleasant staff
People smoking everywhere even in the swimming pool and in the halls.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The location was also nice.
The bathroom was too small and the hair dryer was broken

Central location and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and the balcony and view were great.
Nice baths but there was quite a bit of mildew and some of the jets didn’t work in the full thermal bath.
The dinner that was provided as part of our booking was a very limited part of the full menu and was really poor quality compared to the free breakfast provided. One meal we literally left on the table uneaten as it was such poor quality.
