Exceptional service from check-in to checkout. Seamless experience from room to buffet restaurant to poolside to the beach! We loved the big outdoor pool and the beach location at the end of Marina made it more peaceful and relaxing. Not to mention the balcony room view was spectacular regardless of whichever view you get. Buffet selections for dinner and breakfast were great! The BBQ ribs were mouth-watering. Indeed a 5-star experience! Our Wedding Anniversary was made extra special! Thanks for the complimentary cake 😍😍

I would like to thank khalidiya palace Rayhaan team for their sweet and thoughtful efforts which made my wife's birthday an extra special. They are all courteous and attentive. Special thanks to Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Riza for being accommodating during our breakfast. Kudos to the team!

Gym, Pool, and Beach were all good.
Room was big, but that doesn't mean perfect. Don't be fooled by the bells and whistles, this hotel is 4 star at best.
Staff at meal times were not consistent. Assigned a table that was then assigned to another guest family. Waited a long time to be asked about drinks then waited even longer to get them (they are literally machine made hot drinks). Some waiters treating it like a comedy routine rather than a job to keep customers happy.
