The services are good but there's only one that I've noticed and i guess the management should provide. The bathroom has no lock and also the rooms. They must put on lock specially on the bathroom and rooms
The management should put lock on doors specifically the bathroom

Loved the position, near shops, train station, supermarket and great cafes.
Had a washing machine in the unit and a dryer in the laundry in the car park which was easy to use.
Spacious rooms, easy kitchen, separate living room.
The entry into the garages was restricted.
The carpet in the common areas needs replacing.
The carpet in the apartment was very drab in colour this lowered the whole impression of the appartment even though the apartment had modern furniture etc. I think replacing the carpet to something more current would give the units a more upmarket feel.
