The location was the best part

It was too noisy, you could here the traffic and the neighbors tv

Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Size of room was also nice.

The windows would close properly. Could not lock. Doors of room slam shut so I would wake up startled every time someone entered or left their room. Also one small elevator that could use an upgrade. The water from my shower would pour out to the floor every time I showered, not safe. But what surprised me the most is that I arrived to hotel around 9-9:30pm on a Sunday and after checking in I was taken to my room… and through the corridors and common areas ALL lights were turned off, everything closed. Restaurant, bar, all shut down. Dark, except for a chimney running, and No were to order a drink, something to eat, it was very weird feeling. Also come construction going on in lobby area and outside area… To be fair, they did offer me to order food via his personal food app on his phone. Nothing was a deal breaker but just good to know to set expectations.

Location, safety, security, building premises, decor, hospitality, amicable services, staff, comfort and room layout.

The people that worked there were the best. Even the lady in the restaurant was the great.

Not a five start old furniture rug going to room dirty. The room it’s self was fine if you do not mind sleeping with a fan
