Lovely receptionist who spoke very english. She was very interested in my dog Manchester Terrier and our tour to the Dog Show in Luxemburg City. We became two keys, which was very good! And I never forgot it luckely. But the door had to be closed with the key, which is perfect! The room was very nice, big enough, and a good bed. The shower was lovely! There was also a kettle with lovely tea! The surroundings are very nice, with a park nearby. It's very quiet what I like very much.

Since this was a last minute emergency stay for us, we booked very late but the staff was very helpful in that!
The room also had everything I expect in a hotel room.
The lights in the hall were flickering and the floor heating was on and we couldn't turn it off.

Clean rooms, delicious dinner
It is incredibly hot and stuffy in the rooms, in our case 205, the provided ventilator did not really strongly help, also it was very loud at night. Some rooms have AC, even on the same floor, why not all?
Tiny thing but the breakfast quality would be greatly improved by better juices for example
