Everything was excellent as clear rooms, delicious and wide range breakfast, comfortable beds.
Nice view from the balcony.
15-20 minutes to Zadar, Biograd and also close access to the highway.
We didn't have dinner on site, but seems to be famous and delicious because every evening was the restaurant full.
Wifi should be improved because it is hectic and weak performance, but holiday and relax is without wifi is also possible :)
Car parking sometime on the opposite side of the street because it has a popular restaurant on the ground floor, but it is acceptable.
Probably some vegetables for the breakfast would be nice.

The hotel is new, and the room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. Great beds!
Goggle maps didn't take us to the right place. Make sure and check the city because several have the same street address.
