Hotel Nihonbashi Saibo

I stayed here for 2 nights in September. The hotel is very close to the station, which made getting around Tokyo easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the wide selection of amenities, from facial masks to different shampoos. It was a nice touch that made the stay feel special. What really stood out, though, was the staff. I accidentally left my glasses behind after checking out, and they responded right away and arranged courier delivery to my sister’s place in Sapporo. The glasses arrived surprisingly quickly, and everything was handled smoothly and kindly with no hassle on my end. It’s rare to see this level of care after a guest has already left. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nice location, clean, tidy and comfortable

Hotel places in the good location, nearly to subway station. So I can spend time to travel around so easily. Breakfast served as a set. They offer 3 menus to choose. I think the taste is good.

I used to be in the room size of a budget hotel in Japan. But this room was quite very small. I can't open my luggage and walk around when I stay in. I think if this place thinks of functional design like the place that can hide the luggage under the bed or something. It may be helpful.

It was pretty clean, and the location is great, close to the metro station and the city center. In the main lobby they offered many amenities and also ice cream that you could take anytime. Very easy check in/out process.

Although it was something we knew ahead of time, the room is still surprisingly small. If you have 2 suitcases, there is not enough space to move around. Our room was located near the elevator, and that made our stay extremely noisy, it made all kinds of noises all day and night, alongside all the noises we could hear from the neighbours (the walls are very thin), and from the bathroom (it was made from some kind of plastic that made crackling sounds). We could even hear the subway underneath the building, we could keep a schedule for it. The bathroom is extremely small, the bathtub, toilet seat and sink are made of plastic and are practically glued and pretty inconvenient to use.
