Very well located. Nice staff. Good sized and comfy bed. Not a bad price either.

Quite small room and it’s nothing fancy, but a perfectly ok base for a night or two.

Emplacement top pour tout faire a pied, personnel très gentil. On a pas testé le petit déjeuner mais ca sentait bon 😋

Located in the heart of Biarritz, very accessible. The breakfast was very good, a lot of different options, however the coffee was from a cheap coffee machine.

We booked a slightly larger room because we were travelling with our dog. We stayed in an 18 m² room here two years ago, and during the reservation process this time, we saw the same room option. However, we ended up in a smaller, 15 m² room. Although we could choose between the two room sizes, there was apparently no guarantee that we would receive the room we had selected. I find this a little confusing, as I don’t understand why guests are offered different room options if they cannot be sure which one they will get. It wasn’t a major problem, just a slight inconvenience. However, the room was in worse condition than it had been two years ago. The pillow definitely needs replacing. It felt as though it had pieces of wood inside, and it was very uncomfortable. Even an inexpensive pillow with synthetic filling would probably have been better. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep properly throughout the night because of it.
