Super établissement. Très bien situé et calme .Tous les restaurants sont de qualités.On y mange très bien et le personnel au top .Le Reef est magnifique

We arrived at 3 am so waking up and walking out onto the balcony overlooking the pool was amazing. This was our first trip to Egypt, so we're not sure what to expect. We travelled with family that had been to this hotel a few times and said how lovely it was, but we needed to see it for ourselves, and it did not disappoint. The first people we saw were the lifeguards and towel people; it was so nice not to have to worry about missing out on sunbeds. Off to breakfast, and wow, so much choice. Nothing was too much trouble the staff working in the restaurants were all amazing and greeted you every time with a huge smile. The whole hotel was spotless and clean, and there were so many choices for eating that you were not limited to the buffet. Soho Square is an absolute must in the evenings; just wandering around the shops with all the lights, it was magical. A quick trip to the Queen Vic for a few drinks and a sing song and then to the Ice Bar. Would highly recommend doing the day boat trip which was an amazing experience especially the scuba diving. The staff on the boats make you feel so calm that even i who never gets her head under the water managed it and there are just no words to describe that feeling. I will 100% return to this hotel in the future.

The food was sometimes not very hot so maybe something could be done about that.

Everyone so nice,and smiling 😁😊 professional and efficient.Room big and balcony view amazing,good wi-fi.Each bar works well,easy access to the bartenders - they make everything you want. Restaurant Tiran- it's a paradise for pleasure your stomach,every evening Mango unlimited,fresh juice's a lot of meat variations all taste delicious.Waiters working amazing 😍 bring you everything,you just relax - seat and enjoy your food and holiday. Animation is fine,always trying to entertain.special thank you to Mohamed Khaled front desk and Adel- waiter in Tiran.Great place for volleyball games,a lot of international people join.On my check out day,Savoy prolonged my room for free until -3 p.m. and let me having lunch and dinner.They even were able to find my hoodie that I left in my previous room,less then 5 minutes it took them to figure out. I did change the room - because my first did smell very bad,smell of the mold, toilet - when ac was not working I did feel that smell so bad.Next to the Savoy there is huge site with hotel under construction - dust and noise especially if you facing towards or staying in the main pool.They start work around 9 am and finish at 5 pm.If you are at the beach,you don't hear anything.For people that looking to see the Sea World,in my scale this place is not the best - 6/10

c'est la troisieme fois que l'on se rend a cet hotel, ce qui est tres bien c'est surtout le cote exterieur SOHO

Je croit qui perd petit a petit de sa qualité, Meme avec une reservation de 3 mois interieur ou on a demander une chambre grand lit couple king a notre arrivé on nous a donner une chambre twin ! on est pas abitué a dormir separé ! on nous a changer de chambre le deuxieme jour. on nous a donné la chambre 4006. le lavabo de la chambre ne fermais pas. la porte vitrine de la chambre ne se fermais pas le lit mal fait, rien a voir avec nos 2 premiers sejours ou on avait meme des pliages de serviettes posé sur le lit, superbes. l'eau de la piscine super froide. je pense qu il venait de la remplir les bain de soleil sont tous cassé ou en mauvais etat. bref , il n'y aurra pas de quatrieme fois dans cette etablissement.
